We recommend prior to having us come out for service that you obtain or reset passwords as necessary, as resetting them during the service is very time consuming, which we will need to charge for. We do not repair physical damage on systems or replace defective parts unless you have the replacement parts on-hand and appropriate labor is charged for installation and necessary services. We recommend using the same network name (SSID) and password (key) when setting up wireless routers, as all existing devices should automatically reconnect to the new router. If you change the name or password, we will help reconnect computers, phones, and tablets, however all other smart devices that have to be reset reconfigured will require additional fees determined by the technician. New computer setups do not include data transfer or relocation.
